We're looking to add a talented Assistant Account Executive Intern to our team! The AAE Intern supports day-to-day account management on behalf of the Client’s products or services on the accounts assigned, while continuing to actively increase knowledge regarding the advertising business, the Agency and the Client.

Responsibilities:

Client Business

  • On-going Client correspondence including status reports and conference reports 
  • Project management support from creative input through completion 
  • Support Account Executive in day-to-day Client contact 
  • Effective time management to complete tasks and projects on time 
  • Continually learn Client business

Agency Culture

  • Develop advantageous Client relationships 
  • Work well with others through clear, professional, oral and written communications 
  • Support Account Executive in serving as the internal Client champion 
  • Reinforce and further the Agency culture

Agency Business

  • Demonstrate a commitment to Client and Agency success, along with personal success 
  • Assist with estimating and billing, as well as monthly billing recaps 
  • Assist in kicking off Agency assignments and scheduling work in cooperation with other personnel 
  • Proofread all documents

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field 
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to effectively manage deadlines 
  • Self-motivated and highly organized 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • A strong desire for constant learning 
  • A team player
