Associate Account Executive

You’ll have a great opportunity to grow into a bigger role. The Associate Account Executive will assist the Client Service department in managing the contact between the agency and client accounts. Reports to: Senior Account Supervisors.

Associate Account Executive Role:

• Assists in the execution of projects associated with client plans
• Prepares all documents and presentations for requested meetings
• Participates and helps prepare for agency meetings (internal and other)
• Assists Account Executives in the creation of annual strategic marketing plans, inclusive of budgets
• Inputs projects into Project Bubble
• Per the plan, works with each department to manage projects to achieve on time completion
• Assists in obtaining and presenting metrics/results 
• Has knowledge of and takes initiative to learn and keeps apprised of client's brand, industry trends, markets, competitive landscape, products and services
• May be responsible for agency and client research
• May handle limited account work
• Attends regularly held staff meetings to check on project status
• Represents agency at industry and community functions

Skill Requirements:

• 1-2 years of advertising agency experience or related marketing experience
• Effective communicator
• Self-starter
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Some proficiency in both Traditional and Digital marketing tools
