Position Details

Associate Brand Manager, Air Care Innovation
Southeast Wisconsin
Racine, WI

This Associate Brand Manager of Innovation for Air Care will support the delivery of the strategy and pipeline for Aromatherapy, Candles, and Reeds. This role requires a strong partner with Innovation peers, cross-functional teammates, and local marketing commercialization teams to deliver Strat 2025 plans.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The core responsibility is leading the scoping, ideation, and development for Air Care innovation.

  • Global Marketing Leader for Air Care Battleground 
  • Identifying/leveraging powerful consumer insights & executing analysis to make conclusions/recommendations that define strategy, drive segment priorities & NPD initiatives 
  • Project management & coordination w/cross-functional teammates to deliver project milestones 
  • Improving innovation capabilities & driving harmonization in innovation across country cluster and brands

Required Skills/Experience /Competencies:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related subject required 
  • 5+ years of related work experience or 3-5 years with an advanced degree 
  • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred Skills/Experience/Competencies:

  • Global experience/exposure 
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience in developing consumer products 
  • Demonstrated leadership & development of cross-functional teams 
  • Successful partnerships with agencies and ability to leverage IMC assets into execution 
  • MBA Preferred 
  • Passion for creativity and innovation 
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity, and able to turn that to advantage 
  • High sense of urgency
