WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Our brand management positions develop the next generation of business leaders through in-role immersions, formal training, and manager coaching. Assignments can include experiences such as established brands, new products/innovation, holistic margin management/strategic revenue management and customer/channel.
- Lead Teams: Be the hub of the wheel and lead a team of cross-functional partners in thedevelopment and execution of brand management strategies — including productdevelopment, packaging, trade and pricing, and business operations.
- Build Brands: Get to know your consumer and engage with them through modern brandbuilding strategies. Integrate innovative marketing plans with overarching growth strategies across all marketing levers.
- Grow Businesses: Identify new, innovative ideas to drive brand growth. Develop newproduct ideas and strategies. Develop and execute general management plans whichinclude input into volume, profit and share objectives.
