Role Associate Brand Manager Marketing – Lunchables

The responsibilities of an Associate Brand Manager span across advertising, product development, packaging, and trade & consumer promotions, all the way to manufacturing. The person in this role leads cross-functional teams of colleagues from sales, operations, research & development, and quality. The Associate Brand Manager builds and executes plans to deliver on annual and longer-term financial goals, all while managing the day-to-day needs of the business. And, to bring the brand plan to life for consumers, this person will collaborate with our retailer partners to drive category growth.

Key Components of the role

  • Steer development and execution of the Annual Operating Plan for respective categories 
  • Run select marketing communications programs and/or promotional brand activities 
  • Manage advertising and promotional budgets 
  • Monitor business performance, identify actions needed, and implement action plan on key metrics (market share, volume and revenue trends and drivers, competitive performance) 
  • Identify new business opportunities for new products, re-launches, packaging changes, and range extensions, and proposes initial plans to exploit these opportunities. 
  • Develop and manage driver-based business forecast modelling 
  • Collaborate with Sales to develop strategic customer programs 
  • Influence and advance consumer insights and brand strategy 
  • Own program execution and advancement of near in commercialization 
  • Ensure efficient supply chain management

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field 
  • Excellent numerical and analytical skill set with ability to interpret quantitative data and perform detailed trend analysis 
  • Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills 
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
