Position Description:

As the Associate Brand Manager for Unilever Water and Air Wellness, you will lead the establishment of our brand voice and drive cut through communication of this voice across all communications on the Consumer and B2B sides of our business. You will drive development and execution of brand and product support plan across all elements of the marketing mix, as well as track and report on performance and learnings. You will assist with B2B strategic marketing planning and execution, driving plans that support the growth of this channel in the US market.

Responsibilities and Functions:

  • Act as a steward across Blueair (air) and water brands and articulate and support our vision to achieve overall business goals and help maintain consistency across several communication channels. 
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activity working closely with cross-functional teams, including in-house creative, agency partners, shopper marketing, product and e-commerce teams. 
  • Contribute to the development and deployment of the short-term and long-term brand strategy. 
  • Manage the marketing content strategy including the editorial planning calendar that informs channel marketing and cross channel asset development process. 
  • Lead the strategic oversight of campaign calendars including content development, reviews, and trafficking. 
  • Lead/contribute to content briefings including developing the brief and communicating objectives and deliverables clearly. 
  • Oversee creative development of all marketing materials to ensure flawless execution. 
  • Track to budget, process invoicing and accruals. 
  • Work across internal departments to ensure seamless program integration, including strategy & planning, creative, production and agency systems 
  • Coordinate and collaborate with agency partners to help facilitate integrated solutions that leverage agency offerings and drive client’s brand experience results 
  • Manage project teams and the implementation of advertising and promotional initiatives 
  • Understand and work within Blueair’s operations/processes as needed to ensure effective and timely reviews and approvals 
  • Drive successful communication and growth in B2B channels

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 yrs. experience in marketing, with hands-on experience indeveloping integrated creative campaigns. Experience with media, social media, web content and video preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability executing strategy, project managing, and analyzing results and coordinating ongoing optimizations to campaigns and processes. 
  • Demonstrated success in developing creative and content strategies. 
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational and communication skills. 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfort working independently & with ambiguity. 
  • Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

Bonus if you also have:

  • B2B and Consumer experience 
  • Any copywriting experience is a plus! 
  • Managing workstreams and trafficking schedules 
  • Experience building web content, landing pages and microsites
