The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of strategic go-to-market plans that deliver on financial and brand targets with accountability to deliver the full P&L. This person must partner with the Brand Manager and Director of Marketing Commercialization to drive strong cross-functional collaboration with sales, R&D, consumer insights, and brand equity, embracing an analytical, continuous optimization approach to ensure excellence in execution that drives growth.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Required: Undergraduate college degree in marketing, business or a related field. 3-5 years of relevant work experience with experience in consumer packaged goods marketing within the Food/Drug/Mass and/or Health Food Store channels a plus.
Preferred: Masters of Business Administration graduate degree. Marketing experience with a healthcare or supplements portfolio a plus.
POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED WORK HOURS
This is a full time position. Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Occasional evening or weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
TRAVEL
This position requires up to 20% domestic travel. Some international travel may be required.
