You will have the opportunity to:
- Gain a deep understanding in a variety of consumer packaging categories by analyzing current consumption performance, consumer trends, market conditions, and competitive activity.
- Lead cross-functional teams to: commercialize packaging/product changes as well as launch new line extensions to achieve plan commitments; address necessary pricing changes amidst material cost fluctuations.
- Gain knowledge and assist in the development and execution of an integrated marketing plan as well as the management of an advertising/promotional budget, including creating purchase orders and managing invoices for research vendors and media partners.
- Gain knowledge and assist in the development and execution of media campaigns, as well as tracking, reporting, and optimizing them based on key metrics and performance.
- Gain knowledge and assist in the identification and development of learning plans to achieve business objectives.
- Organize and deliver presentations to field sales for use with customers on new distribution/new product sell in opportunities.
- Prepare and communicate project/business updates to senior management.
- Engage and assist in management of external resources as necessary to support ongoing business needs and new product development.
