CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

  • Develop apply sound creative strategy to all assignments for multiple brands, focusing on target audience and objective. 
  • Collaborate closely with brand, product and channel marketing managers to better understand the business strategy driving the assignment. 
  • Partner with art directors to create myriad deliverables: packaging, POP/merchandising, B2B and B2C collateral, digital and print advertising, websites, email, social, trade shows and product naming/positioning. 
  • Guard and maintain various brand voices on all projects. 
  • Communicate regularly with all teammates and internal stakeholders to maintain schedule and creative quality.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

Required:

  • 7+ years’ experience in consumer-facing marketing, preferably for CPG brands 
  • Fast learner with proven ability to translate complex concepts into compelling copy 
  • Strong presentation skills, persuasive at all levels of the organization 
  • Strong, supportive team leader; unafraid to take a stand or be a change agent

Preferred:

  • Interest in home décor/renovation/DIY experience 
  • High E.Q., someone who is authentically themselves and empathetic of others’ strengths and weaknesses

TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:

Required:

  • Gracefully juggle multiple projects for multiple high-profile brands against multiple deadlines
