Associate Creative Director/Writer:

Have you written broadcast work for a variety of brands and categories? Is there a healthy amount of National work? Do you take pride not only in the quality of the creative you helm but also the indisputable results you were able to create on behalf of your clients? Are you looking to move to a thriving agency where you have the opportunity to be a part of a creative vision that elevates all aspects of the work?

If you answered yes to all the above, then we should talk.

Role Overview:

Over the past years our new business win rate has been ridiculous. We are bubbling over with fascinating clients and we need a senior level associate creative director who can meet the demands of our growing roster while helping redefine the work and workflow of the agency. Whew! That’s a hell of a run-on sentence (bonus points if you noticed). But this is a hell of a run-on gig…

  • Inspiring creatives to do amazing things on a list of key TV and radio accounts.
  • Skillfully navigating the need to drive measurable results for our clients in the short term while making them famous brands in the long haul.
  • Working with account management and VP, CD when necessary, to distill the essence of an assignment into a bulletproof creative brief that leads to category changing, awesome work.
  • Selling massive ideas to C-level suits.
  • Contributing your own wordsmithing special sauce to the mix (player/coach).
  • Always be thinking about what’s next. Ways to evolve and interrupt the norm of how we work.

Qualifications:

  • Associate Creative Director with roots in writing. We love art directors, but this role needs to mentor writers as well as throw down on big campaign opportunities.
  • Big-agency experience working on known broadcast brand campaigns, with a wide range of budgets.
  • Deep knowledge in TV production and able to guide the creative vision through production and post.
  • Comfortable managing assignments, creatives and handling client meetings, presentations and production when necessary.
  • Please provide a link to your portfolio with your resume.
