Our Ideal Candidate:

You are a natural leader. An avid visual storyteller. A conceptual thinker who loves the journey as much as the destination. You’re positive and energetic, as excited by challenges as you are by solutions, and you elicit that energy from your team. You have a mix of experience in your book that proves your mettle in creative concepting, leadership, design and groundbreaking activation. Experience with illustration or motion graphics would be one hundred percent fire emoji. You’re a collaborator, you’re strategic and you help inspire your team to create exciting programs that work.

Must Haves:

  • 8+ years of experience in Art Direction in an agency creative department 
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Design or relevant field preferred 
  • Knowledge of Adobe Create Suite 
  • Ability to respond to comments, suggestions and criticisms in a constructive manner while maintaining the integrity of the creative idea 
  • Influences and/or persuades key stakeholders when necessary 
  • Experience leading, managing and mentoring teams and providing actionable constructive feedback 
  • Strong presentation skills; presents creative work, clearly explaining the assignment, creative strategy, creative idea and how it accomplishes the client’s objectives 
  • Close attention to detail, demonstrated through actions such as effectively proofing work to ensure accuracy, and actively and effectively managing timelines and deliverables for multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Thorough knowledge of current trends, pop culture, current and past design themes
