Position Overview:

We are currently looking for an Associate Creative Director. Your extraordinary skill in directing designers in ideation and execution creates compelling work that is beautiful, thought provoking and high quality. Besides being an exceptional visual designer and conceptualizer, you are able mentor and direct other designers. You also collaborate with ECD and other capability leads to ensure cross-discipline collaboration and integrated solutions.

You will be responsible for aligning creative with client strategy, user experience and technology. Your ability to understand clients’ business problems and achieve their objectives across all media through strategic solutions is essential. You are a charismatic and passionate leader who is able to rally both design and cross-discipline teams on multiple client accounts.

You are a strong presenter with the ability to influence and guide existing clients. You give your clients the confidence to be fearless in the ever-changing digital landscape.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct creative strategy and execution on brand accounts 
  • Partner with the Account and cross-functional team leaders to manage clients 
  • Participate in new business pitches when necessary 
  • Aid new business team to estimate creative projects that are profitable 
  • Develop leadership skills through mentoring and training 
  • Participate in leadership initiatives and meetings 
  • Help PM’s qualify, prioritize and delegate workloads for your team 
  • Mentor team of designers – aid in managing their performance and career development 
  • Own small, medium and large projects

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital and/or graphic design experience 
  • Strong, diverse creative portfolio in both branding and digital concepts and executions 
  • Ability to command different visual styles/tones using latest creative software (Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat). 
  • Experience with HTML, CSS is a huge plus. 
  • Excellent presentation skills 
  • Passion for new technologies and emerging trends 
  • Highly responsible, collaborative and self-motivated
