Degree Requirements:

  • Master's degree, preferably in marketing, communications, public relations, or related field.

Minimum Years and Type of Work Experience:

  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience in communications, marketing, or development/advancement, with an emphasis on strategic marketing and communications, reputation management, and content development across multiple platforms.
  • Experience leading a marketing, communications, and/or advancement team in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Experience in higher education, non-profit, or government organizations preferred.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills; an active listener with acute distillation skills.
  • Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
