Associate Director, Marketing - ProtectWell

The focus of this role is to drive marketing implementation for national ProtectWell product rollout and mature product collateral, web content and materials to support scalability across existing and new audiences.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships within marketing, product, technology, research, operations and sales teams 
  • Partner with product teams to understand product features and market ready capabilities 
  • Lead online web site content and roadmap 
  • Partner with operations to develop implementation and onboarding communications and marketing 
  • Create sales lead generation strategy that articulates value to both prospects and existing clients 
  • Become brand ambassador to drive positioning and messaging that differentiates us in the market based on market trends and changes 
  • Serve as agency and vendor lead 
  • Execute other marketing initiatives as needed to support organization growth objectives

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 
  • 6+ years of relevant B2B and/or B2C product marketing experience 
  • Extensive experience planning and managing large-scale, strategic marketing initiatives across matrixed organizations 
  • Experience working with both internal and external creative teams and agencies 
  • Experience demonstrating comfort in ambiguity

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business or communications 
  • Product marketing experience in health care or other regulated industry 
  • Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills with ability to communicate and inspire at all levels, including addressing opportunities, risks, and strategic positioning with business leaders 
  • Proven track record of taking initiative, urgency and ability to influence 
  • Strong leadership and willingness to learn 
  • Web or online content management
