Due to growth in the business, our Experiential Marketing team is seeking an Associate Event Manager to join the team. As an Associate Event Manager, you will support the team to execute large scale Experiential Marketing events.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Support & collaborate the Creative Director to define client requirements and solutions. 
  • Help price & coordinate proposals for Experiential projects. 
  • Facilitate production of projects, maintaining budgets and schedules. 
  • Participate in client presentations when required. 
  • Select, hire, and direct selected vendors and contractors. 
  • Hire and manage on-site Event Staff & Crews. 
  • Manage all post-event requests. 
  • Day to day tasks could include: event routing, staffing, daily job paperwork, budget management, permitting, market research, venue procurement, scheduling. 
  • Maintain a safe, ethical, and legally compliant work environment.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Have a firm understanding of the industry and latest trends. 
  • Ability to develop strong production teams. 
  • Stellar communication skills both verbal and written. 
  • Strong production and technical skills. 
  • Self-motivated, dedicated, and curious. 
  • Exemplary customer service skills. 
  • Team leadership skills. 
  • Ability to work numerous, back-to-back long hour days. 
  • Ability to travel extensively -- including weekends, as necessary. 
  • Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done!

Education/Experience Required:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business or Advertising; highly preferred. 
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Must have Experiential Marketing experience (Events, Mobile Tours, Pop-Up Retail, PR Stunts, etc.)
