Derse is actively recruiting for a Customer Experience Designer to join its CX and Storytelling team. The goal: help our clients tell their best stories as engagingly as possible. Can you move audiences (emotionally and to action)? Let’s talk.
The ideal candidate will be a creative, collaborative experiential Swiss-Army Knife versed in helping clients attract, engage, and wow desired audiences (while dramatizing and amplifying what makes them who they are) in face-to-face and hybrid/virtual settings.
Desired skills include brainstorming, concepting, developing big ideas that spawn irresistible little ideas, persuasively communicating those ideas to internal and external stakeholders, and creatively shepherding sold ideas to a glorious finish line where backs are patted and glasses clinked.
The work world will include timelines, budgets and spaces (real + virtual) of various shapes and sizes as we work with clients to re-imagine the future of their live and hybrid experiences.
Strong writing and presentation skills are coveted. Basic graphic design chops are not essential but certainly won’t hurt. Preference is for the ideal candidate to hybridly work out of either the Derse Milwaukee (corporate) or Pittsburgh offices, with consideration given to candidates in our divisional cities (Dallas, Las Vegas, Chicago/Waukegan, Ill) as well.
