As an Associate Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital creative solutions that align with Lands’ End’s brand strategy and elevate our brand identity across various marketing channels, mainly digital but also includes print and social.

Job Duties:

  • Create digital experiences for profitable sales growth and position Business.Landsend.com to be a leader in the industry.
  • Support Creative leaders in keeping the on-line presence “on brand”. 
  • Research how competitors execute digital designs and stays current with retail selling trends. 
  • Work directly with copywriters, production specialists and other art directors in a team environment to support digital experiences and development. 
  • Help plan and organize photography as needed, both on-figure and off-figure 
  • Design additional omni-channel creative as needed with direction from Creative leaders. This can include social or print assets. 
  • Partner with the Marketing and Merchandising teams to fully support business via digital sales.

Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and 1-2 years of graphic design experience preferred. 
  • Ability to take direction and complete designs that match Creative leader’s visions and meet expectations with guidance. 
  • Understands the brand and can articulate the brand message via appropriate design solutions. 
  • Has experience/active interest in graphic design (with retail background a plus). 
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment, meeting day-to-day needs/changes to deliver measurable financial results. 
  • Proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop 
  • Strategic thinker / detail oriented.

The pay range for this position is $45,000 - $62,000. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographical location, and business or organizational needs. This position may also be eligible for annual merit increase, bonus, and/or incentive compensation. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including paid time off, health, dental, vision, and disability benefits.
