KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Performance Media Plan Development, Execution & Optimization
Develop Performance Marketing strategies grounded in data, insights and intuition to solve specific consumer problems and drive measurable business outcomes
Define, size, and prioritize data-driven audiences based on media address ability using first, second and third-party data sets
Lead campaign execution with creative and media agency partners while interfacing with performance media channel partners as needed, specifically focused on:
- Programmatic display and video
- Social
- Search (especially connecting/integrating national and retail paid search)
- Retail media
Monitor campaign performance to identify and initiate real-time optimizations
Help the brand team define, prioritize and test hypotheses to accelerate learning and gain confidence through rapid in-market experimentation
Develop, incubate and build new data-driven performance marketing capabilities and best practices that can be scaled to other General Mills brands and businesses
