Credit Union National Association is excited to announce an opening for an Associate Manager of Marketing Operations. As an Associate Manager of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for maintaining productivity and smooth operations of the marketing team. You will develop scalable, repeatable practices that amplify the efficacy of our Strategic Marketing team. You will provide tactical support to a cross-functional team of marketers, content providers and designers, ensuring successful execution of processes, projects, and programs. You will also play an integral role in helping develop and shape our new Operations function.

This position is fully remote based out of any of the following states: Colorado, District of Columbia, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oregon, South Dakota, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.


  • Manage the orchestration and centralization of Marketing Operations documentation
  • Integrate and manage assigned key Marketing Operations tasks across the Marketing department, ensuring clear hand-offs and successful project completion 
  • Analyze reporting to extract key learnings to share with the broader team to improve future campaign performance
  • Create and maintain metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and business impact
  • Collaborate with both frontline marketers and senior leaders to implement what you learn, and both accurately forecast and craft the right strategies, campaigns, and tests to run
  • Support all aspects of campaign set-up and lead generation processes including, mail deployments, media buys, placements, exhibition, and more
  • Create and maintain marketing metric reports on campaign ROI, effectiveness, and year-over-year trends
  • Work with Marketing Operations Manager on development of process and procedures for broader Marketing organization as well as specifically for Marketing Operations
  • Be a RoboHead (campaign management tool) superuser and ensure compliance across the team
  • Establish meeting and training cadence
  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or related field
  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Project Management, or relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • A deep understanding of marketing automation functionality; HubSpot experience is a plus
  • Ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data, not just report metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
  • Technically capable, a natural curiosity and skepticism, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Power Bi & project management software
  • Ability to travel 1-5 days per year for team meetings and conferences
