The Associate Marketing Communications Manager serves as an integral part of the Marketing Communications team by supporting the development of key marketing messages for Ostomy Care. While partnering with the Marketing team and cross-functional business stakeholders, this role will be responsible for the development and execution of effective marketing communication tactics. This individual will assist in the planning, creation, and distribution of content for our customer channels to support those with intimate healthcare needs.

Major Areas of Accountability:

Major functions are described below. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Working cross-functionally, oversees all content development, including the creation and distribution of digital and traditional marketing campaigns, print and web-based publications, social media and emerging opportunities. 
  • Manages the internal approval process for assigned promotional material 
  • Actively participate in and member of global super user community for promotional material approval 
  • Review analytics of literature fulfillment process and ensure stock of sales materials 
  • Manage content within Showpad and monitor analytics for future content updates 
  • Support content management of product content within US website 
  • Support execution of customized implementation tools for accounts 
  • Coordinate digital and print journal ad placements

Essential Qualifications:

  • BS/BA in Business Administration, Communications or transferable discipline 
  • 1-3 years Communications or relative professional experience 
  • Highly organized, structured, and detailed-oriented 
  • Occasional domestic travel required 
  • High proficiency Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Comfort and satisfaction with a broad spectrum of execution-oriented / tactical tasks 
  • High degree of initiative and self-motivation with a strong sense of accountability 
  • Strong written communication skills
