The Associate Marketing Communications Manager is the owner of the Essendant marketing contact database. They are responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all contact information. To accomplish this, they will need a mastery of our database system and capabilities as well as processes, workflows and data owners. They will have a continual eye for opportunities that drive efficiency, and enhanced data quality. Attention to detail is a must as their primary task in ensuring data quality will be in the establishment of KPIs, KPI review, and optimization plans. They will play a support role to teams in designing targeted segmentations, as well as scheduling and initiating workflows across various communication channels including email, social, web.
The individual is also accountable to work cross functionally and project manage the support, coordination and scheduling of general communications, campaigns, monthly newsletters, social posts and other various communications as needed, that are on deadline and follow brand standards to both internal and external recipients.
