My role at MOBE:

The Associate Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the development of marketing strategy development for omni-channel consumer campaigns in order to engage participants. This position supports development and oversight of content marketing strategy and editorial plans across all consumer-facing channels. The role partners with Consumer Engagement team members and analytics resources to track and monitor effectiveness of all consumer efforts, testing engagement methods and messaging to help optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate for this position is an independent, detail oriented, and proactive marketer with an understanding of the marketing funnel; capable of making recommendations to improve campaign performance and delivering in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This role reports to the Director of Consumer Engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Working collaboratively with internal business and marketing partners, and external agencies, create consumer campaign strategy, messaging, and content plan to drive participant engagement 
  • Support development of content and messaging strategy across all consumer channels including direct mail, email, social, MOBE website and paid advertising 
  • Acquire and apply consumer insights to inform marketing plans and campaign strategies in partnership with Market Research 
  • Evolve content marketing approach on MOBE-owned channels to support conversion efforts, including the MOBE website and digital app 
  • Work with analytics resources to measure and report performance of omni-channel consumer campaigns, gain insight, and assess progress against goals 
  • Communicate and collaborate with marketing operations, creative agencies, data analytics and other cross-functional teams to ensure strategic alignment and flawless implementation of all consumer campaigns 
  • Evaluate and introduce best practices to existing direct-to-consumer efforts where applicable 
  • Be the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the direct-to-consumer channels 
  • Other duties as assigned to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Mission, and abide by MOBE's Guiding Principles

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent 
  • 2-3+ years of experience contributing to the planning of direct-to-consumer marketing efforts 
  • 2+ years of experience executing multi-channel consumer campaigns, including direct mail, print, digital, paid advertising, and social media channels 
  • Experience identifying target audiences and supporting development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that engage and motivate potential consumers 
  • Proven capability to quickly understand industry-specific marketing dynamics and incorporate knowledge into all marketing initiatives 
  • Experience analyzing KPIs and making recommendations to business unit owners and product marketing teams to improve performance 
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners including marketing communications, product, executive leaders, and customer service to support sales and channel marketing initiatives 
  • Exhibits positivity, flexibility, creativity, and a willingness to take on new responsibilities as requested or required with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with guidance

Preferred:

  • Experience in health care industry 
  • Experience with SalesForce and marketing automation tools a plus 
  • Experience developing strategy for social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram 
  • Experience with demand generation and data-driven marketing strategies, including inbound marketing and lead generation
