ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO is looking to add a Talent Engagement Marketer to support our RPO client, Intuit’s Talent Marketing team.

This is a long term/ongoing W2 contract. It is preferred that this role work onsite at ManpowerGroup’s global headquarters in Milwaukee, WI, but a virtual/remote role could be considered for the right candidate.

Intuit’s Talent Marketing team is looking for an Associate Talent Marketing Manager to help plan and execute marketing programs to hire top talent globally. The ideal candidate for this role is a passionate marketer with experience executing effective marketing campaigns and/or programs.

As an Associate Talent Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leveraging LinkedIn and other social channels to proactively build pipeline, promote events, gain insights on audiences, and launch new acquisition efforts for the Talent Marketing team
  • Developing a strong understanding of the top tech talent population we aim to attract, leveraging our recruiting team and our, market research and talent acquisition trends.
  • Identifying new social programs and opportunities to amplify the impact of talent marketing for our recruiting team
  • Developing a strong understanding of the top tech talent population we aim to attract, leveraging our recruiting team and other relevant stakeholder experts, market research and talent acquisition trends.
  • Keep track of industry best practices and content trends to inform strategy
  • Serving as the go-to Talent Marketer for the Global Recruiting team on how to create social content; guide recruiters on what content should look/feel like; advise on what content exists and how to use it
  • Managing the tracking and delivery of content created, including managing process with external vendor to produce and edit content and creative
  • Measuring, analyzing, and reporting on effectiveness marketing programs 
  • Creating compelling partner-facing and internal presentations
  • Coordinating programs that include multiple teams and goals

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-3 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Ability to craft creative and compelling content for communications, measure the effectiveness of each campaign, and optimize according
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills 
  • Experience or interest using social channels for acquisition
  • Thrive in situations where you don’t have all the information to make decisions but resourceful enough to find the information yourself
  • A detail-oriented individual with a get-it-done attitude, who excels with minimal supervision and direction
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload between multiple stakeholders
  • A proactive and creative problem solver: when issues arise, you can adapt to hit your goals
  • Experience working cross-functionally
  • This will be an individual contributor role
