Are you interested in all things media, analytics and have a curiosity in consumer behavior? Do you thrive in a fast paced environment and enjoy working across multiple channels? As the Associate Media Planner you will work in collaboration with the media account lead across strategy, planning, activation and reporting. You will work across departments, with clients and partners having the opportunity to work across projects, teams and clients in the B2B and Healthcare space.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist with media research, contacting publications, requesting media kits, etc. 
  • Communicating with all media vendors and internal teams to ensure all materials are delivered in a timely manner, and all billing is executed. 
  • Being a research guru, understanding user behavior and industry trends to support media recommendations presented by the lead media planner. 
  • Understanding the media planning process and assist the lead media planner in development of media plans, creation of client presentations and activation upon plan approvals. 
  • Trafficking digital materials in DCM and DSP when needed. 
  • Ensuring correct creative and tracking tags are utilized. 
  • Partnering with the Data & Insights team to ensure tags are tested and firing correctly. 
  • Support client reporting including gathering media buy details, pulling reports from platforms, analyzing campaign performance and writing insights across channels 
  • Apply analytical thinking at all times.

Requirements:

This is You:

  • 1-2+ years in a media role preferred 
  • Knowledge of basic Google Analytics tasks preferred 
  • Strong analytical and implementation skills 
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment 
  • Demonstrated problem solving and ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Proficient in MS Excel 
  • Experience with media including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, DCM and/or DSPs

Your Experience:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications. 
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media planning, strategy and buying. 
  • Any experience with Google AdWords, DSP or DCM preferred.
