Associate Performance Marketing Manager (PPC)
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

We’re committed to delivering effective growth marketing and paid marketing services for a diverse range of clients. We’re looking for an associate performance marketing manager, ideally with experience driving business results for established and new brands.

In this role, you’ll be a part of a growing team that primarily focuses on driving direct response site conversions but also helping to develop full-funnel marketing approaches as necessary.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Paid Media Management & Execution: Help organize, oversee and support best-in-class campaign setups, optimizations, reporting, and analysis, focusing on improving direct response results across search, shopping, and social platforms
  • Client Management: Be integral support for clients and help effectively and efficiently manage day to day responsibilities and workflow of client deliverables internally and externally.
  • Team Collaboration: Work with internal team members to develop new creatives, campaigns, provide internal feedback based on previous performance.
  • Analysis: Collaborate to identify how to increase performance and show clients how we can address their business challenges using Alpine’s internal BI tools, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, etc.

What success looks like:

  • You continuously have full awareness of up to 10 clients accounts performance and spend and collaborate with internal team members on accounts
  • You can use data and past performance as inspiration to develop and implement actionable strategies
  • You can quickly execute performance marketing campaigns with compelling copy that is error-free and troubleshoot account performance issues

Skills and qualities we look for:

  • Ideally 2+ years of performance marketing experience in an agency setting primarily focusing on setting up and optimizing campaigns within Google Ads and/or Facebook platforms. Additional platforms and channels are a plus
  • 2+ years of experience in building account structures and optimizing performance for Shopping & Search Campaigns.
  • Ideally 1+ years of experience building, connecting, optimizing and troubleshooting data feeds in Google Merchant Center
  • You’re highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets, PowerPoint / Google Slides / Pitch. You have a passionate, tireless drive to succeed with the ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • You’re comfortable with the unknown, are hungry to learn and try new things, both in terms of your own skill set, and in terms of the ideas we bring to clients
  • You have an insistent curiosity and inability to leave a problem alone until you’ve found one or many strategies that can be put into action
  • You’re a confident communicator and relationship builder, including the ability to hold people accountable and have difficult conversations
  • You have exceptional attention to detail with sharp organizational skills and the ability to hit delivery deadlines.

Additional skills that would be great:

  • High proficiency in Shopify, Google Tag Manager, Copywriting
  • Experience with SQL, SEO, Programmatic, Display and Email Marketing

Compensation: $50,000 - 80,000 plus bonus potential (commensurate with experience)
