Are you looking to be a part of an award-winning company? As a nationally recognized Microsoft Gold Partner, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to help market and promote Concurrency to existing and prospective customers. Successful candidates will be focused, highly motivated individuals with both creative and analytical marketing skills.

Individuals will be responsible for supporting Concurrency’s marketing efforts to promote the brand and company to prospective clients, current clients and within the Microsoft environment. Role works closely with sales, alliances and practice areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, analyze, and report performance and actionable insights for email drip/nurture marketing campaigns, webinars, forms, landing pages and segmentation within Marketo marketing automation system 
  • Test, deploy and continuously evaluate opportunities for improvement and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates and programs/campaign ROI 
  • Segment and analyze prospect database to develop targeted campaigns 
  • Adhere to automation best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene, data cleansing and compliance 
  • Manage paid search campaigns for company website 
  • Manage website content updates using Kentico platform 
  • Manage Marketo/CRM integration

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or the equivalent in experience 
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Marketo campaign development and execution 
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a high paced environment 
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Desirable Skills:

  • Certified in Marketo Marketing Automation 
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics CRM or similar products 
  • Data analytics skills using Google Analytics
