KHL Group Americas, the leading supplier of global construction information, is looking for a B2B Sales Manager in the gas compression, engine, and engine powered component markets.

Preferably based in Waukesha WI, this role is intended to manage a B2B publication (Print title, website, newsletter and events) plus manage a defined sales territory for three additional print & digital publications and their respective events. Managing existing relationships and realize growth potential in the region. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage total brand revenue of B2B title
  • Close working relationship with marketing department to promote B2B brand
  • Provides responsive sales assistance
  • Visits gas compression, engine, hydraulic, mechanical components manufacturers on a regular basis
  • Assists with the development of assigned area and account responsibilities from a total sales support perspective
  • Assists with the development and monitors sales forecasts for account and market area responsibilities
  • Pro-actively identifies business opportunities for KHL Group America products, develops and executes strategic proposals and follows through to fruition
  • Presents professional sales presentations
  • Develops and maintains deep knowledge of KHL Group America products, applications and policies
  • Participates and supports customer, promotional and exhibition events
  • Strong ability to assimilate, organize, prioritize, and manage information related to customer and corporate requirements
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Must possess strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work effectively with different cultures
  • Possess a willingness to learn
  • Ability and willingness to travel, domestic and international.
