Oversee BCU efforts to acquire, develop and retain strong account relationships with our key corporate partner’s affluent/executive-level team members. In partnership with the Branch and Corporate Relations team, drive participation within these key leader’s business units. Key stakeholder within the region’s leadership team, assisting in strategy and execution.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for personally developing, strengthening, and maintaining relationships with SEG leadership. 
  • Driving credit union adoption and engagement with the SEG executive team. 
  • Proactively identify financial needs and make recommendations to deliver high-level value. 
  • Develop strong relationships with BCU Wealth Advisor and Mortgage teams to effectively execute on member financial needs and recommendations. 
  • Execute on strategies to create a low-effort member experience leveraging BCU digital channels. 
  • Participate in SEG meetings, town halls and other activities to be informed of SEG activities, initiatives, and business. 
  • Work with Service Center team members to develop and implement business plans for assigned locations. 
  • Guide the member experience with BCU to reduce effort and increase value.
  • Establish brand recognition as single point-of-contact for executive team financial needs. 
  • Work with Director and Corporate Relations team to develop strategy to drive SEG Officer participation. 
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive landscape and effectively communicate the value of BCU financial offerings and how it fits into each member’s financial strategy and life planning goals. 
  • Work with Director/Sr. Director to establish performance metrics that support overall BCU strategy. 
  • Track and report on these key performance metrics. 
  • Actively seek, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and service quality. 
  • Effectively work with other departments to ensure BCU strategic and operational goals are being met. 
  • Position may require leadership of 1 or more direct reports. 
  • Assist with special projects.
  • College Degree or equivalent 
  • Five or more years of experience in a financial institution 
  • Demonstrated relationship-development experience required, with executive-level clientele preferred 
  • Excellent and professional written and oral communication skills 
  • High level of knowledge of products and services offered by financial institutions 
  • Proven ability to lead and collaborate across business functions 
  • Must be results oriented and able to prioritize and multi-task 
  • Must be a person of high integrity who is dependable and professional at all times 
  • Must be able to motivate and influence others 
  • Travel Required to non-local branch sites 
  • Must be an energetic, self-motivated leader with outstanding initiative
