The Channels, Chex, Adult and Nature Valley Business Unit is home to the Big G channels business and 8 brands. Across our 8 established brands, we serve a diverse set of consumers and business needs.

We are seeking a highly-motivated Brand Associate to join the Chex, Adult and Nature Valley team. As a key member of the Brand Management team, you will have a holistic view of the business and be responsible for leading projects and product launches, providing business analysis, managing Brand budgets and executing parts of the Brand plans.


  • Project Management: Lead critical project management tasks (Project Management Review, timeline, key commercialization dates, team meetings, HMM) 
  • Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly business tracking and insights to identify opportunities/trends/solutions across the 4Ps and report insights to ABM/Sr. ABM 
  • Budget Management: Own budget management and tracking for Chex, Adult and Nature Valley 
  • Execution: Execute elements of brand building, innovation, and/or business model ideas to close gap to financial and volume targets in collaboration with cross-functional teams 
  • Manage CPW/project timelines 
  • Manage ECLIPS with packaging driver 
  • Lead Sales Materials development 
  • Ad-Hoc projects and analysis for the Brand team


  • Bachelor's Degree in any major (Marketing and/or Finance preferred) 
  • 2+ years of previous experience in marketing analytics or a related field 
  • Open to learning new skills 
  • Experience analyzing quantitative data 
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, collaborative, team orientation 
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy 
  • Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) 
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively build team relationships and work collaboratively 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with executional excellence


  • Familiar with systems (Eclips, BEX, K2, Nielsen, SharePoint) 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stay organized across tasks 
  • Ability to prioritize based on brand goals and timeline needs 
  • Strong analytical abilities to translate data into meaningful insights & action 
  • Ability to influence & motivate others without formal authority 
  • Understand how to apply brand strategy to execution 
  • Strong attention to detail
