We are looking for a strategic and driven Brand Associate to help lead our Pillsbury Franchise Innovation. This is a fantastic opportunity to impact the future of Pillsbury across a variety of occasions, categories, and segments! As the Brand Associate for Innovation, you will help Pillsbury become GMI’s first $2 Billion dollar brand. You will support strategy, pipeline development and commercialization across the entire refrigerated and frozen Pillsbury franchise. You will help identify and prioritize real consumer needs and develop holistic TPOs against those opportunities. You will also aid in customer meeting preparation and facilitate the tracking and performance of new launches.
In this role you will be responsible for leading cross-functional projects, providing business analysis, storytelling, and identifying new growth opportunities for the business. The Brand Associate role offers a high degree of autonomy and ownership, and it will provide you with a broad variety of experiences that will allow you to grow and develop in your career.
