Principle Responsibilities:
Manage Integrated Brand Campaigns
- Manages Allina Health’s internal and external brand campaigns from development to execution
- Leads cross-functional work teams to develop compelling creative and media plans to achieve brand objectives
- Manages agency partners and provide strategic and creative feedback on projects
- Reports on brand campaign results
- Leverages brand campaigns to tell key stories about wellbeing, DEI & B and culture both internally and externally
- Leverages brand campaigns to advance Talent Acquisition efforts
Manage Marketing and Communications Initiatives in Support of Allina Health Culture
- Manages messaging strategies that support Allina Health’s culture, wellbeing, diversity and benefits goals
- Ensures alignment between internal and external communications initiatives
- Leads the development of innovative strategies and initiatives for building the Allina Health brand among employees
- Manages brand content for Allina Health’s annual Leadership Collaborative
Manage the Allina Health Brand Strategy
- Leads the development of Allina Health’s brand foundation, serving as subject matter expert on brand promise, mission and purpose
- Develops a nuanced understanding of Allina Health’s business, ensuring alignment with brand strategy
- Manages Allina Health’s brand architecture framework and lead projects that further advance the master brand
- Partners with stakeholders to understand and identify key brand proof points
Serve as a Key Member of the Marketing and Communications Senior Leadership Team
- Collaborates with Marketing and Communications leaders on developing and executing division strategies
- In partnership with peers, foster a culture of collaboration and engagement
- Advises executive leaders on key initiatives and decisions
- Other duties as assigned.
