The Job: You will be managing the customer-facing assets of all web properties and customer nurturing activities, including but not limited to: brand content, content architecture, campaign ideation, technical writing, PPC landing page copy, email copy.

The Challenge: The company is scaling rapidly, and the challenge is keeping our brand content fresh, within brand guidelines, and producing results. You will be working with a lot of talented marketing, communications, and technical folks and the goals are aggressive. The challenge is to build the most effective and beyond state-of-the-art marketing operation in our sector and fulfill our goal of dominating the market. You’ll be a key player in that. Reports to: Director of Digital Marketing

How you will spend your time:

  • Overseeing all internal marketing communications to ensure all customer-facing employees are adhering to brand guidelines
  • Maintaining both content and promotion calendars.
  • Working with the data team to ideate addressable customer segments and in-turn hypothesizing and testing communication strategies for segments
  • Optimizing communication frequency and messaging to all customer segments
  • Continuously improving email performance across both automated and blast campaigns.
  • Complete management of all SEO initiatives as measured by increasing organic traffic volumes, lead production, and revenue generation
  • Assisting social and PR teams by ensuring that all content adheres to brand guidelines while contributing ideas for brand campaigns and initiatives.
  • Working closely with both design, PR, and social to bring brand education and stories to our audience Assisting the optimization team to ideate and create tests that will increase conversion rate on all brand websites

What we need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of brand writing experience and 2 years of management experience
  • A history of success at a direct-to-consumer eCommerce brand is a major plus, as is experienced with luxury goods brands.
  • Expert in content development functioning as a creative compass to bring new ideas to our brands.
  • Expert writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills Experience creating and implementing cross-platform marketing strategies
  • Track record of using segment-based personalization to effect positive business results

Compensation: $60k-$70k Standard
