JOB SUMMARY:
Marketing at Portillo’s is unlike marketing anywhere else. We have been a beloved brand with die-hard fans since Founder Dick Portillo opened his first hot dog stand in 1963. When we open new restaurants, our fans stand in long lines just to be the first to sample their favorites from our menu. We believe that the best marketing is done when we keep our hearts close to our Portillo’s values – family, greatness, energy, and fun.
As our Brand Design Coordinator your job is to bring the brand of Portillo’s to life through ideation, designing, and production. Your primary role will be to tackle print and digital projects for our internal and guest-facing needs as a member of our in-house Creative team. You will collaborate with our Marketing Coordinator, food stylists, professional photographers, and video producers to make a real impact on building the Portillo’s brand. Above all else, you will do what needs to be done – and you’ll have fun doing it.
This contracted role will last 6 months and will require you to occasionally visit the Restaurant Support Center in Oak Brook, IL and various off-site locations throughout the Chicagoland area.
