OVERVIEW:

We have an opportunity for an energetic marketer to join our team as a Brand Experience Planner on our K12 Schools business. This role presents a unique opportunity to be a Force for Good to provide nutrition to children across the country as you live out the K12 mission of “Ensuring every child is well fed and ready to learn.” You’ll get exposure to all aspects of holistic brand experience planning while working closely with our Channel and Brand Marketing teams on one of our key priority business units.

In this role you will become an expert in the K12 business and will work to deeply understand customer insights that can translate that into brand building and sales growth opportunities. You will work on the creation and orchestration of creative brand experience campaigns with a specific focus on media, web, social, rebates, digital and high-quality content for sales levers. You will drive remarkable ideas across proven tactics, while testing and exploring new approaches.

We are looking for an individual who can balance the need for creative thinking and idea generation with the curiosity of a learning mindset, always seeking to measure, learn and understand the performance of your campaigns.

Strong candidates will have the following:

  • Marketing or communications experience across multiple touchpoints (digital/social, promotions, PR etc.); including creative and/or media strategy. 
  • Experience learning about customers, their behaviors and purchase patterns, as well as emerging trends in culture. 
  • Proven ability to orchestrate and execute multi-faceted plans and projects while closely collaborating with creative partners to bring holistic ideas to life through tactical executions.

RUN THE BUSINESS

  • Own management of our K12 digital platforms including social media and web. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across communications channels and touch points. 
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 
  • Manage budgets including thoughtful investment evaluation, overall spending oversight, and payment processing.

LEAD TEAMS

  • Showcase business influence & advocacy for your ideas. 
  • Work closely with channel and brand marketers, agencies, and cross-functional teams in the creation of comprehensive customer-first, omnichannel brand experience strategies, ideas, and plans ensuring on-time launch dates and ongoing optimization refinement. 
  • Operate as the main point of contact for our creative agencies, leading them from strategy to execution.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, communications, advertising, public relations, or business 
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing or marketing communications
