Required Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
- B.S. in marketing or related field. MBA preferred
- 3+ years in product or brand management, preferably in consumer package goods
- Supervisory responsibility of a marketing team preferred, but not required
Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities;
- Strong strategic ability and consumer insights with a competency in brand equity management, brand communication, brand innovation and developing others
- Significant leadership experience, particularly of cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical background, with proficiency in syndicated data analysis and income statement management
- Demonstrate proficiency in media planning
- Ability to manage a wide range of business projects and priorities
- Excellent communicator; both verbally and in writing
