As Brand Manager you’ll lead the charge on all things Kids — including baby, Love Child Organics, and our flagship kids, EnviroKidz brands. You’ll blend left-brain logic with right-brain creativity to bring campaigns to life, launch crave-worthy innovations, and build the future of the category from the ground up.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead brand strategy to drive awareness, loyalty, and household love
  • Craft and activate go-to-market plans and consumer messaging
  • Manage the brand calendar with precision
  • Collaborate with Sales to create compelling shopper programs and in-store experiences
  • Champion packaging evolution across the Kids portfolio

Lead with Strategy & Innovation:

  • Bring new ideas to life—from whiteboard scribbles to shelf-ready products
  • Own the innovation pipeline, aligning with company priorities like Overdrive Snacking and Win in the US
  • Shape category growth strategies, portfolio positioning, and identify hero SKUs
  • Drive product renovations, pricing strategies, and packaging updates with purpose

Own the Numbers:

  • Lead P&L reporting and business reviews with an eye on margin and growth
  • Make sound go/no-go decisions based on data, trends, and consumer insights
  • Run market analysis and research to back your ideas and uncover new opportunities
  • Dive deep into consumer testing—because we don’t just follow trends, we set them

About You:

  • 5+ years of experience in CPG brand management (bonus points for natural/organic or snacking brands)
  • Degree in Business, Marketing or something similarly strategic
  • Fluent in Nielsen, SPINS, and data-backed storytelling
  • Naturally curious, obsessed with consumers, and always asking “What’s next?”
  • Comfortable juggling creative projects and cross-functional collaboration
  • An excellent communicator who makes insights come alive
