Position Details

Brand Marketing Manager – Latin America
Southeast Wisconsin
Milwaukee, WI

The primary function of Brand Marketing Manager – Latin America is to develop and manage the planning and execution of brand marketing department in latin America. It is essential that this individual is bi-lingual in both English and Spanish with the ability to translate contextual brand messaging. This person will lead initiatives that fulfill marketing strategies, implement and execute the communication programs, brand development, and new product launches, as well as general marketing support of the business. In addition, the Brand Marketing Manager – Latin America will develop programs that meet our financial objectives for sales, gross margin and profitability.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Brand Marketing Dept for Latin America & the development and communication of point of sale material, promotions, and advertising campaigns that ensures clear brand representation across all channels of distribution. 
  • Work with channel and product managers to develop integrated marketing programs (packaging, promotions, point of purchase, trade shows, events, marketing communication materials etc.) for specific opportunities that contribute to business growth. 
  • Develop marketing programs & outbound communication plans that build brand equity and fulfill marketing and financial objectives. Assess the needs, opportunities, and risks associated with these initiatives through research and feasibility analysis. 
  • Generate product/project objectives, goals, and timelines and work cross-departmentally to ensure that key milestones are met and goals are achieved. 
  • Develop and execute the annual marketing plan activities, forecasts, programs, promotions, budgets and P&L. Manage the marketing plans within the approved budget levels. 
  • Work on the strategic and tactical activities of advertising agencies, social media influencers and other outside suppliers. 
  • Conduct competitive market analysis to formulate recommendations for an annual brand plan, including advertising and promotional strategies. 
  • Develop and analyze sales reports from internal sources, and syndicated data in order to identify key issues, trends and opportunities. 
  • Manage end user engagement & trade show strategy across the region. Creating engaging customer experiences that build brand loyalty

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Fully Bi-Lingual in English & Spanish with ability to translate contextual brand messaging 
  • Requires a bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business (MBA preferred) 
  • Minimum 10 years experience in sales and/or marketing, preferably within hardware/home center or industrial distribution channels. 
  • Must possess strong analytical, computer, communications and presentational skills. 
  • Ability to travel 20%-40% of time.
