The Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for the Juvee brand. This role requires a creative thinker with a strong understanding of consumer behavior, brand strategy, as well as social media and marketing trends. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in brand management, product marketing, and campaign execution as well as familiarity with the gaming consumer. Candidate must live in the Milwaukee, Madison or Chicago area and be able to work at our headquarters in Glendale, WI. This role reports to the Chief Marketing Officer.


  • The primary responsibility of the Brand Marketing Manager is to grow awareness and build community for Juvee, a rejuvenation energy drink, part of the Sprecher Brewing Company family of brands. 
  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaigns and programs to promote Juvee, aligning with company objectives and sales goals. 
  • Use all available marketing platforms to reach the Juvee audience based on the objectives of the campaign or program. Ex. Social media channels, sponsorships, influencer marketing, event opportunities, etc. 
  • Manage the relationships with external partners including brand influencers and other marketing partners as assigned. 
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the entire marketing team to support Juvee marketing campaigns and programs. 
  • Conduct market research to identify marketing trends, the competitive landscape, and growth opportunities, translating insights into actionable plans. 
  • Monitor market dynamics, consumer feedback, and emerging trends to adapt marketing strategies and capitalize on evolving opportunities. 
  • Engage with the Juvee audience via all social channels in a way that promotes brand loyalty. 
  • Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly content calendar to maximize engagement and brand awareness. 
  • Stay deeply connected with the gaming scene by investing in current relationships, fostering new ones and demonstrating genuine care for the community

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing management, brand management, or product marketing within the consumer goods industry, preferably in the beverage sector. 
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, consumer insights, and performance metrics to inform strategic decision-making. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. 
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen eye for design aesthetics and brand storytelling. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, marketing analytics tools, and all social media platforms. 
  • Outstanding planning and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
