Brand Marketing Manager

The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and evaluating the performance of healthcare practice area marketing plans. The role serves the business needs of assigned areas and is responsible for building strong, trusting relationships with those business partners. It is also a highly collaborative role with internal marketing teams as well as a multitude of cross-departmental partners and suppliers. Uses broad knowledge and experience in marketing, communications and brand strategy to develop effective marketing campaigns and manage their successful completion, as directed by Director of Marketing along with business leadership.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Gains insight into key external audiences, market dynamics, competitive landscape and environmental trends in order to assess needs. 
  • Establishes and implements tactical marketing plans for assigned practice areas/business endeavors to achieve business objectives—to improve customer awareness, impression, use/acquisition, preference, and ultimately long-term loyalty and advocacy. 
  • Oversees successful execution and performance measurement of promotional programs including integrated campaigns, new product/service launches, advertising, direct marketing, media relations, web content, landing pages, events, collateral, sponsorships, social media. 
  • Enhances patient experience and fosters patient engagement through clear and consistent messaging and branding in on-site and other patient-facing communications, such as signage/displays, posters, patient materials and digital displays. 
  • Supports referring physician outreach efforts including events and physician thought leadership opportunities – via speaking engagements, feature articles, social media/blog posts, videos, newsletters, and news media coverage. 
  • Applies allocated marketing budgets to marketing tactics; tracks spending and manages budgets throughout the year. 
  • Defines market research and analysis needs; seeks to close insights gaps through secondary and primary research sources.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training 
  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing or marketing communications 
  • Computer fluency, including Microsoft Office Suite. 
  • Driver’s license and ability to personally visit potential clients. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and team collaboration skills. 
  • Understanding of branding, digital marketing, and marketing program measurement approaches.
