The Brand Operations Team is dedicated to achieving a high level of operational excellence within the Harley-Davidson Brand Team, including budgetary responsibility, resource management, project and program management, and process improvement. Reporting directly to the Brand Operations Lead, the Brand Operations Analyst will play a key role in managing Creative workflow from intake to final delivery. This role will also provide direct project management support to projects and initiatives that have a significant impact on company success, closely collaborating with members of the Creative team as well as cross-functional partners. Job Responsibilities:

Intake & Workflow Management

Coordinate the intake, routing, and management of creative projects:

  • Ensure adherence to Creative workflow processes by the creative team and other H-D partners 
  • Create and update standard work documents and process guides, and educate stakeholders as necessary 
  • Monitor project requests and work with other members of the operations team to appropriately resource projects and determine initial steps 
  • Within work management software, route projects, estimate workloads, build timelines, outline deliverables, and assist with creative briefs to set each project up for success 
  • Monitor project status throughout the process, ensuring the Creative Team is meeting their agreed-upon deadlines and deliverables, and provide updates as needed 
  • Drive continuous improvement by identifying and voicing opportunities for greater efficiency and improved outcomes within the creative workflow, and help to implement these positive changes

Projects & Programs

Directly project manage Brand Marketing’s role in select H-D initiatives and campaigns:

  • Closely collaborate with other internal teams such as Campaign Management, Events & Experiential, Retail Marketing, and marketing channels such as organic social, paid social, email, web, and eCommerce to ensure overall success of the project or program 
  • Work to define creative needs and requirements for the program, ensuring creative asks are based on sound strategy and company goals 
  • Provide direct oversight of the program or project, including facilitating appropirate creative review sessions, check ins, and disseminating information as required 
  • Respond to evolving project needs and assist the Creative Team where needed in communicating with internal partners

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience 
  • Two or more years of creative or marketing project management experience in an agency environment or an internal marketing team 
  • Experience with marketing work management software is a plus, preferably Adobe Workfront 
  • Experience in motorcycles preferred, but not required 
  • Ability to design workflows and processes in conjunction with other team members 
  • Capacity to proactively identify, propose, and implement solutions that improve the team’s processes, workflow, and outcomes 
  • Ability to work constructively with a variety of personalities and work styles and manage conflict when required 
  • Ability to work independently within a framework 
  • Has strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Possess critical thinking skills

Pay Range: $57,000-85,000

The pay range shown represents the national average pay range for this role. Your pay may be more or less than the stated range and is dependent on your geographic location and level of experience.
