Three crucial jobs for agency:
- Build brands. Work directly with clients and collaborate with our researchers and accounts teams to gather insights and develop brand decks, including positioning statements, mission, vision, values, reasons to believe and initial creative direction.
- Write plans. Work with accounts, digital and creative teams to develop strategic plans, including goals, strategies, tactics, channels, media and budgets.
- Report & Adjust. Report results to internal and client teams and lead adjustments.
