Brand PR Manager, North America at a glance

Serve as a key member of the Global Communications team, with a North American focus, working to promote Kraft Heinz and its iconic brands.

What's on the menu?

  • Develop and execute proactive media relations plans – including shaping and creatively storytelling brands’ narratives and key priorities with top-tier media.

  • Lead earned media efforts for multiple brands – working closely with various stakeholders within the organization, as well as agency partners.

  • Coordinate large-scale projects – leading PR, while also consulting on influencer, social media, and internal communications plans.

  • Draft a wide variety of communications materials for internal and external audiences – with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

  • Monitor, evaluate and measure the media presence and performance of Kraft Heinz’s portfolio of brands, identifying opportunities to proactively story-tell.

  • Develop and implement annual communications plans that support the business and brand strategies.

  • I have a Bachelor’s Degree

  • I have at least 7+ years of experience in brand communications/PR and media relations with mid-to large size company or agency

  • I am passionate about our work as communicators

  • I understand how to get things done in a large, matrixed organization

  • I drive sizeable integrated communications programs that combine traditional media, partner engagement, social media, activations, and influencer

  • I move quickly and feel comfortable leading major projects within a large, but fairly flat organization

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$102,100.00 – $127,600.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
