We are looking for a connected agency pro.

CID is seeking an exceptional, proven biz dev pro to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with new sales prospects, introducing them to our products and services, and closing new business. We're looking for someone with experience selling creative, marketing and technology services, plus:

  • An entrepreneurial, self-motivated spirit 
  • BtoB, BtoC, Cross-industry sales experience 
  • Drive to grow our pipeline with new relationships, industries, and territories 
  • Passion for selling Brand engagements and marketing and digital services: Strategy, SEM,Web, Apps, Video, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Print 
  • Proven history of building relationships and growing revenue 
  • Smarts, creativity and a sense of humor 
  • The ability to work independently or collaboratively, prioritize tasks and maintain deadlines

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage and continually develop a qualified target sales pipeline to achieve goals for new business 
  • Work with sales leadership to establish personal and company sales goals and plans for attaining them 
  • Leverage company-developed presentation materials that demonstrate alignment between our services and experience with prospective client's business and marketing goals 
  • Meet with management and sales support team regularly to review current sales opportunities and share client feedback to help shape and improve the sales process 
  • Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones 
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Strong communication skills and subject matter fluency 
  • Excellent in-person presentation skills, relationship building and experience in contract negotiations 
  • Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills 
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and GSuite 
  • Experience and consistent use of CRM software such as Hubspot or Salesforce to manage contacts and sales activities

This is a full-time position offering a competitive base + comission compensation structure.
