We’re looking for a business development director who can build relationships and make connections with prospective clients across a variety of industries. The ideal candidate has a background in marketing and an extensive network of business connections. Experience in driving the proposal process, presenting to clients and closing deals is mandatory.

JOB FEATURES:

  • Works with agency leadership to set revenue goals and develop strategies and tactics to achieve them 
  • Coordinate agency team to pursue and land new clients 
  • Travel to meet with clients and attend category tradeshows to build relationships with prospective clients
  • Understanding of marketing strategies and tactics 
  • Ability to identify prospective clients and determine how the agency can fulfill their needs 
  • Can build, maintain and grow relationships with prospective clients over time 
  • Assists with closing new client business and growing the agency client roster
