CI Design is looking for an exceptional individual to join our business development team. Your primary responsibility will be engaging with new sales prospects, introducing them to our products and services, and closing new business.

Here’s what we’d like your skill set to include:

  • 80% BtoB, 20% BtoC, Cross industry sales experience
  • Proven history of building relationships and revenue in marketing and digital product and service sales
  • The ability to grow our pipeline with new relationships, industries and territories
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, self-motivation, smarts and creativity to help you to work independently or collaboratively, prioritizing tasks and maintaining deadlines 
  • Experience in and passion for selling marketing services such as Web, Apps, Video, Augmented and Virtual Reality, Brand, SEM, Print

Here’s what you’ll do:

Sales Responsibilities -

  • Research markets, organizations and individuals to build, manage and continually develop a qualified target sales pipeline
  • Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events to create new business
  • Regularly meet with management and sales support team to review current sales opportunities and share client feedback
  • Effectively use and leverage company-developed presentation materials that represent CI Design’s services and experience within the context of a prospective client's business and marketing goals
  • Work with sales leadership to establish personal and company sales goals and plans for attaining them
  • Strategic selling across CI offerings (Branding, Marketing, Digital, AR/VR, Video)
  • Maintaining data in HubSpot CRM regularly, logging calls, emails, meetings
  • Managing new client / project onboarding and documentation: Client Briefs and Opportunity Briefs
  • Assist in raising the profile of CI Design within target industries

General:

  • A minimum of 3 years of agency experience a must. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field 
  • Strong communication skills and subject matter fluency 
  • Excellent in-person presentation skills, relationship building and experience in contract negotiations 
  • Excellent organizational, communication and writing skills 
  • Entrepreneurial, self-motivated mentality; driven at all times to meet and exceed goals 
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite 
  • Experience and consistent use of CRM software such as HubSpot or Salesforce to manage contacts and sales activities

Would be great if you had:

  • Experience selling complex CMS web site systems such as Adobe Experience Manager, Kentico, Sitecore, Umbraco 
  • Experience with Agency workflow
