Channel Marketing Manager (Plumbing & Mechanical)
Northern Illinois
Downers Grove, IL

Zurn Elkay Water Solutions is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager leading the focus on our Plumbing & Mechanical channel. This marketer will support channel marketing requirements to ensure profitable growth of sales and revenue within the Finished Plumbing, Sinks and Faucets business units and categories. This individual is directly involved in the development and execution to support the channel's short term tactical, and long-term strategic channel marketing initiatives.


  • Assists with commercialization of new product launches and helps manage in the development of the sales activation plans for plumbing products for one of the following channels: Plumbing and Mechanical, Retail, E-commerce, or International. 
  • Helps design and execute cohesive marketing strategies and tactics that support the KPIs of strategic growth pillars while tracking expenses against budget and assists in annual budget creation. 
  • Collaborates with Product Management, Sales, Digital and Marketing Operations, and Creative and Brand Marketing to identify the best ways to capitalize on and grow brand awareness, penetration and market share while building best in class content, channel promotions, POP merchandising, selling materials, digital and print marketing assets and seeding the market to obtain positive rates and reviews. 
  • Plans and coordinates the development of customer events / meeting planning such as trade shows, product line reviews, customer presentations, quarterly business reviews, CEUs, sales enablement / training as assigned. 
  • Field travel for customer, plant and key market visits and industry activities as assigned. 
  • Understands and shares channel, industry and marketing standards and trends. 
  • Partners with Design & Insights and Sales to identify customer needs and business opportunities within the channel.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business or comparable discipline required. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Constant Contact, Canva and Adobe
