What will you do?

This individual will be a key member of the Biosciences Division’s Global Channel Marketing team with primary responsibility for supporting select strategic channel partners and programs. The global channel marketing team manages our channel relationships and programs across four separate businesses within the division. Focusing on building and maintaining strong relationships with key channel partners and functional stakeholders, this individual will assure that annual processes are successfully executed and help develop several areas of the team’s strategy. Key Responsibilities:

  • Primary point of contact and manager of the Biosciences Division’s support for the company’s Corporate Accounts team as well as the Life Science Group’s strategic accounts team; will also provide targeted support for related initiatives and teams in other channel partners including our T1 distributors 
  • Develop and deploy tactics, content, and processes for supporting marketing to, through, and from Corporate Accounts and Key Accounts 
  • Help adapt channel and other marketing content to better fit the needs of Biotech, Pharmaceutical, and other customer segments served through channel partners; act as the team’s primary collaborator for leveraging internal experts in these verticals 
  • Support expanded development and deployment of training materials, programs, and events targeting unique commercial groups within the channel; this role directly delivers training and supports relevant events 
  • Partner with Channel Marketing team leaders to maintain strong and effective coordination and collaboration with commercial leaders and teams 
  • Proactively identify, create, and distribute best practices across business units for working with relevant channel partners, platforms, and programs 
  • Support and provide subject matter expert input to all team strategic and planning processes and projects

How will you get there?


  • BS in a relevant technical field (Biology or related scientific area) or in business; either a technical background or extensive experience in life sciences or adjacent industries required


  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing or related roles 
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing, sales, or related metrics and KPIs 
  • Familiarity with sales training and related practices 
  • Highly motivated and results oriented 
  • Detail oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Highly proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Desired Qualifications:

  • Direct experience working with or marketing to Biotech or Pharmaceutical customers strongly preferred 
  • Experience in design and creation of marketing content and collateral preferred
