Position Details

Channel Marketing Specialist
Northeast Wisconsin
Chilton, WI

Provides support in the implementation and administration of a comprehensive set of Buechel Stone's sales and marketing goals. This Rockstar will be integral in the execution of channel marketing and lead nurturing processes for providing best experiences.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Manages performance marketing programs and executes channel marketing and sales/customer service needs in conjunction with assigned distribution customers: supports implementation and administration of marketing programs and sales communications.
  • Implements marketing programs and promotions by managing media placement of lead generation content and monitoring campaigns while applying correlation techniques to analyze and optimize attribution by lead source and execute targeted lead generation plan. 
  • Grows, nurtures, and maintains a pipeline of marketing and sales qualified leads using a variety of strategies, including but not limited to: outbound calling of warm and cold leads generated from inbound marketing; working closely with channel marketing team and inside sales/customer service to optimize our lead nurturing processes through the necessary means of follow up (email, outbound calls, and social media messenger channels). 
  • Manages customized CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and automated interfaces within marketing, prospecting, and lead generation software for coordinating efforts across advertising and social media platforms as well as across adjacent channels. 
  • Utilizes experience in Excel based analysis tools in cell charts and conditional formatting for creating, executing, and managing customized CRM systems and automated interfaces across advertising and marketing automation platforms. 
  • Acts as a liaison between customers and sales team/stone experts to ensure timely responses to customers. 
  • Plans and organizes promotion and implementation of sales training/marketing events for customers (e.g. virtual and lunch-and-learn meetings for AIA CEU credits and presentations specific to best natural stone experiences by Buechel Stone).

Qualifications & Skill Requirements;

  • Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal and multi-media 
  • Strong customer service skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong organizational, communications, and project management skills 
  • Customer eccentricity with attention to detail 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment 
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required 
  • One year of experience in sales, marketing, and/or channel management required; Three years of experience preferred
  •  Experience with CRM software preferred, but not required

Work Conditions:

  • Office Environment; Flexibility to work from home following successful training 
  • Full-Time: Approximately 45 hours per week
