We are seeking a Channel Marketing Specialist.

Channel Marketing Specialist

The Channel Marketing Program Specialist is responsible for evaluating, planning and implementing demand creation activities for the dealer network of the Commercial Snow & Ice (CSI) Division. This position provides day-to-day oversight of the dealer marketing programs in order to achieve success in accordance with defined targets, strategies and goals. This role provides additional promotional support to programs administered by other departments such as Marketing, Sales, Technical Service and Customer Support, as well as other departments within the organization. Based on interactions with the dealer network and suggestions from dealer-facing teams, this role will suggest new programs and tools to enhance the dealer experience in sales and aftersales activities.


Manages the Co-Op Advertising Program for all three Commerical Snow and Ice brands

  • Coordinates and executes annual mailing materials and all co-op communications
  • Review/process all distributor Co-Op claims
  • Assist dealers with media selection and implementation of their ad plans as requested
  • Review, approve and upload all Co-Op assets for dealers to the Dealer Portal
  • Create dealer budget data sheet based on approved annual guidelines
  • Enter Co-Op budgets into the invoicing system

Manage the Dealer Lead Generation Program

  • Provide content for all program communication to dealers
  • Assist with prep, planning and execution of program communication to dealers including season stats/recap and program enrollment
  • Assist dealers in making changes and updates to marketing assets and collateral
  • Prep, planning and execution of training documents and webinars for dealers
  • Ensure campaigns are providing value, are optimizing for maximum efficiency, and collaborate with Advertising Manager to select the right partners annually

Assist with coordination of trade shows – NTEA, SIMA, GIE and others, as identified.

  • Travel logistics, show registrations, team apparel selection and coordination, booth giveaway selection and coordination
  • Special event planning for select trade shows (VIP customer events, launch events, sales meetings, etc)

Preseason Materials

  • Active team member for the Preseason Review Team for all three CSI brands responsible for developing and editing applicable advertising documents for the Preseason program
  • Assist with coordination and execution of communication plan
  • Assist with review and printing of new product sell sheets and brochures

Social Media Platforms

  • Work with advertising agency to validate weekly content on Facebook and Instagram
  • Work with digital marketing team and agency to execute TikTok platform strategy
  • Utilize social media monitoring software to alert marketing team to industry and brand developments and opportunities
  • Shoot raw content when possible


  • Work Experience/Education: 2-4 years related experience required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communications skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong multi-tasking abilities.
  • Computer Skills: Strong information technology and computer skills preferred. Microsoft programs – word, excel, power point, Outlook, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Data Studio, Google Analytics
