We have an opportunity for a Channel Marketing Specialist to join our Delavan, WI team. You will assist the Channel Marketing team in the processing and execution of marketing incentive programs and will support the North American sales team. This position will support channel partners and consumers with product registration, collateral material requests, data analysis, rebates, and help ensure the efficient operation of the marketing department and requests from the Director of Marketing.

You Will:

  • Assist in the strategy and execution of the Pentair Pro Dealer Program to drive dealer pull through and increase dealer loyalty. 
  • Assist in collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns, performing market analysis and research on competition, and Analyze Pro Dealer Program and promotional data. 
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Manage heavy call volume and emails by following up in a timely manner with professionalism and enthusiasm. 
  • Maintain the process of all dealer rewards programs from beginning to end, including set up and removal from the internal database, and any challenges to the Pro Dealer Portal. This includes maintain the Pro Dealer Program with participating vendor partners and communication updates. 
  • Support sales team and dealers with any requests needed. Ensure all dealer rewards are processing correctly and efficiently. 
  • Enter all SKU setups for products within the dealer database portal. 
  • Ensure all dealer purchases from distribution loaded correctly. 
  • Communicate all portal log-in requests to users and setup new users ad access as needed. 
  • Act as a liaison for training programs related to the incentive program.

Key Qualifications:

  • 4-year college degree from accredited university. 
  • Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel, Word, Office, and PowerPoint required. 
  • Able to communicate effectively in the English language both written and orally, Spanish is a plus. 
  • Strong communication skills and self-motivated to work individually as well as a part of a team. 
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and strong follow-up skills. 
  • Ability to multi-task effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience in Data Management, Maintenance and Integrity. 
  • Previous experience in an office environment communicating with all levels of customers, distributors, dealers and consumers, as well as sales force and vender partners.
